How to check your SSGC bill online
- Open the official SSGC website: www.ssgc.com.pk.
- Look for "View bill" or "Duplicate bill" and enter your 10-digit consumer number.
- Download or print the bill. SSGC also shows the bill in its mobile app after you register with the same number.
The bill is free to view, and you do not need an account. If it does not open, check the number again: one wrong digit shows "invalid" or someone else's bill.
Where to find the consumer number
The consumer number is printed near the top of every SSGC bill. It has 10 digits. Write it in your phone once, because you need it to see the bill online, to pay it in an app and to register a complaint.
How to pay the SSGC bill
- Your bank's mobile app or internet banking (look for "Bill Payment" › "Electricity" or "Gas")
- JazzCash or Easypaisa app, or any JazzCash / Easypaisa shop
- Any bank branch or ATM that accepts utility bills
- Post office counters
Pay before the due date printed on the bill. After the due date a late payment surcharge is added, and the next bill shows it as arrears.
Complaints and helpline
For a gas fault, wrong bill or meter problem, call 1199 from any phone and keep your consumer number ready. You can also complain on the SSGC website.
