SNGPL supplies natural gas to homes and businesses in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad. Gas bills are monthly, and in winter they also show the gas tariff slab you fall in.
How to check your SNGPL bill online
- Open the official SNGPL website: www.sngpl.com.pk.
- Look for "View bill" or "Duplicate bill" and enter your 11-digit consumer number.
- Download or print the bill. SNGPL also shows the bill in its mobile app after you register with the same number.
The bill is free to view, and you do not need an account. If it does not open, check the number again: one wrong digit shows "invalid" or someone else's bill.
Where to find the consumer number
The consumer number is printed near the top of every SNGPL bill. It has 11 digits. Write it in your phone once, because you need it to see the bill online, to pay it in an app and to register a complaint.
How to pay the SNGPL bill
- Your bank's mobile app or internet banking (look for "Bill Payment" › "Electricity" or "Gas")
- JazzCash or Easypaisa app, or any JazzCash / Easypaisa shop
- Any bank branch or ATM that accepts utility bills
- Post office counters
Pay before the due date printed on the bill. After the due date a late payment surcharge is added, and the next bill shows it as arrears.
Complaints and helpline
For a gas fault, wrong bill or meter problem, call 1199 from any phone and keep your consumer number ready. You can also complain on the SNGPL website.
